Production Time
Orders with embroidery are typically prepared within 10–14 business days.
If no embroidery is required, orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping and does not include delivery duration.
Depending on the specifics of the order, processing times may vary. Standard items may be completed sooner, while custom requests—such as special embroidery or production on specific fabrics or garments—may require additional time.
Occasionally, processing times may be extended due to unexpected factors or periods of high demand.
Shipping Method, Time, and Costs
All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.
For all EU countries, VAT is included in the product price. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout or upon delivery.
For deliveries within the Netherlands, shipments are handled by PostNL or DHL, depending on service availability and current workload. International orders are shipped via DHL.
Estimated delivery times are as follows: within the Netherlands, orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Deliveries across the European Union usually take between 5–12 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout for each order. The total cost depends on your delivery location as well as the size and quantity of items in your cart.
